My fist e-cig was an njoy pen and it sucks big time.Never was consistent and one battery died after 4 days.I was ready to give up vaping then I found this fourm and I lurked around and read. Then I made my decision to get a kissbox classic based on the two people here with the most posts and the most experence with e-cigs IMO. All I can say is IMO the njoy is not even in the same class as the kissbox. My kissbox has worked flawlessly for well over 60 days. The only good thing that my experience with njoy has been is a greater appreciation for the quality that is Janty

    I wouldn't bet on it.

Hell, if she *does* actually come through and send me the stuff she promised, I'll come back and post it. The only reason she had even called me in the first place was because she was returning my call (which I had made a week earlier). And if she didn't remember she already spoke to me, I'm thinking it's a pretty safe bet that she didn't remember what she promised to send me... or where to send it out to, for that matter.

    But I remain hopeful

When I had problems with my batteries, I first got a reply from Mark. Then I got bumped to chelsea. We passed 3 emails back and forth. I described the problems I was having, and she confirmed that I had bad batteries.

A week later, I got 2 brand new batteries. They do not send out express. 1st class mail is how they send out. Anyways, inside the package was a business card with details on how to send back the old units.

I do highly recommend as others suggested, you need to have spares. These parts will not last forever. Now as for having other units, or someone that will respond faster, I recommend VaporGuys. They even respond to emails on Friday and Saturday NIGHTS!

My distributor, Al (RefillMyNJOY.com), sent me 2 new batteries and a charger by priority mail. No mention of returning the bad stuff. And my NCIG is working fine now.

This is more like it. I have decided to diversify, and will keep these guys in mind when I'm ready for my next PV. I wonder if they sell Janty. I recall seeing a post where a former NJOY user switched to a Janty and had nothing but praise for it.

Make sure you get that spare!
Cleaning atomizers? I tried cleaning one, just to try. There was nothing wrong with it. I boiled some lemon juice in the microwave. Removed it, and dropped the atomizer in. After 15 min. I removed it, rinsed it in hot water, and used a hair dryer to dry it out. It was nice & shiny inside. It took a while to come back to life.

I've never had trouble with any atomizer yet. I don't drip, and I make sure the juice is dropped directly on the fiber. Cig is always lying in its side or battery up position.
