I recently received the New Smoke PS2 model of e-cig starter kit from the company:

Myself and my wife have been testing it all week to compare it with the Super and Mini we already use. First impressions are good, it produces a lot of vapour and the packaging is smart, neat looking, very compact. Delivery was quick and the postal packaging kept the presentation box in perfect condition.

I used some vanilla 18MG High strength e-liquid on the 5x no nicotine filters, as I use nicotine e-liquid to get my fix. I would order the starter kit with cartridges as I did or use e-liquid if you want to use nicotine. Both batteries had some charge in them, tested the charger and it's quick, after 2 hours the battery is fully charged. This is quicker than our current models by 1 hour, so that was impressive to us.

I used the product for a few hours out of the box until I had to fully charge them. I like the atomiser design which differs from my super in the fact you can clean and access the atomiser filament easier as it's not hidden by metal casing when you remove the tip unlike my original super and mini designs.

The cartridges are a tighter fit, including the filter housing, which stays in place firmly in the tip. I had to use a safety pin to remove the filter, but I always carry one in my e-cig case as part of my portable kit. I find this a good feature, as with the super I have, the filter housing often falls out when you don't want it to.

I believe the product vapes really well, which is the most important aspect of the device to me. The batteries also lasted us all day, which was another important aspect for me not to run out and get caught short. We liked the product so much, that I now advertise it on my website www.cyberdude.co.uk as the first link for e-cigs.

I found that I could have a faster intake if I pulled the atomiser housing slightly out for a quicker draw. It's still smoking well after a week of use, lots of vapour which really simulates smoking well to the casual onlooker. I like the discrete green logo on the battery too, it's good to see a battery without advert writing written on it.

I had a great service experience with this company, it was quick, accurate, professional and I highly recommend them. The website also has a chat facility so that you can have a live chat with customer services at New Smoke. I tested the reponse time, and I got an almost instant reply, they knew I was waiting to speak to them for help.

I just said thanks for sending me such an excellent product, now I have something that will outsmoke my super anyday!
