Wierd thing is I got what I thought was a dse an the bridges were more rounded. I got some 4075's it seems they were the pointy ones. I do like the more rounded ones better they seem to flood less and work a bit better for me. I am 901 impaired though, I'm pretty sure.

like I said, the way to tell is to look at the edges, it should have SLB stamped on it.

I am looking at a RN model atomizer right now and a DSE one they are pretty much identical.

also for those that think they are the same thing just from Different companies.

the DSE is supposed to be drippable onto the atomizer, well with the non SLB atomizers it leaks through the atomizer into the battery, which then kills the battery.

The seal on the DSE, SLB one is much better, I havent had a leak through for as long as I was using it, about a week now.

With all due respect, that is 100% false.

they both use the same common architecture and they both are open to the battery.

If you take a look at the end of the atomizer, you will see a gasket (round ring of rubber)

the ones on the RN are unreliable and has leaked into my batts multiple times

Also it is said to compare an ecig to cars but just a simple comparison to those that knows about cars.

Jaguars and Hyundai. the Jaguar X-type, even though not my favorite has been copied by Hyundai before (I forgot which model)

When I was younger, I was a Valet Parker and I noticed that by parking the x-type side by side with the Hyundai.

The were ALMOST identical in every way including the body trim, even the rims had a very similar design. I was outraged. The only thing they couldn't dupe that well was the interior, my guess was because of the pricing.

Of couse the hyundai may have looked like the Jag, but it will never be one or ever drive like one.

I myself am not of fan of Jaguars or Hyundai's but this is just a car comparison.

Also I was in South Korea about 2 Years back and I saw a Nissan Maxima, But it had the Tag of Samsung on it, It was actually exactly a Nissam Maxima but it was a "Samsung" car. I can't believe how unoriginal some people are.

Well, sorry to turn this thread into a car conversation but I am just trying to say, there will always be copies, and copies are never the same as the original.

It is Ironic however that China does the most in "copying" things and meanwhile the E-cigs are actually an original China product.

    Thanks for reading!

    Harry, and Happy Vaping peeps!

I agree with Sun. My favorite atomizers are from Best E cig. They are not stamped, but they are not 4075s either.

    Default Original or not?

I doubt the SLB means anything. I just received a 901 or 4075, I don't even f'kin know, and there is no SLB written anywhere but get this the package is the exact same as what electronic ash has. I was supposed to receive the 4075. So does this mean e-ash sells the same thing as ruyan? Does either of them sell a knockoff? If they tell you they do not because of yatta yatta yatta would you actually believe them?
Lets just get this clear, resellers in China are a dime a dozen. I am sure they will say anything to differentiate themselves from the others (ie. SLB is original). SLB could very well be the original or it could be an earlier series or a later series. You do not know.
Same thing with the atomizer, one person says the atomizer for the 901 is pointy another says it is supposed to be mildly bridged.
The resellers are all going to say what they need to say to make a sale.
You might have a good relationship with a reseller and if they are providing you with good service that is great but do not take everything they say and run with it over to the forums and try to make a sticky out of it.

I really do not understand your point--SLB is Sailebao's tradmark stamp--they make the DSE's. The RN's are made by Frist Union and not marked. The design of both of them are different and people like one or the other. All the OP is stating is that Suppliers should state where it is a SLB or not---nothing more or less------------Sun

So Sailebao makes the original DSE? I see someone posted there are Sailebaos that are not stamped SLB.
Sailebao probably makes them without the SLB depending who orders it.
