ePuffer now one of my favorites

This morning I received an email from epuffer regarding the defective batteries for the Eaze Magnum.

And just moments ago I received a phone call from Lisa Green saying she was shipping me 3 new batteries. And just to return the defective ones in a plain envelope in bubble wrap.

She thinks it was a production problem because of Chinese New Year. Could be? Just nice to actually get a call from a real person and it is comforting to see they are able and willing to resolve this problem.
