ive found the 510 vapor holds strong until the very end of the battery life.

    everything else though, great review!
It may be other factors. I'm not saying that my experience is universal. Maybe my carts are getting dry around the same time the battery starts to give out? Hard to say. Thanks for pointing it out, though. More feedback is always good!

I've noticed that too. The reservoir is so deep that I think the atomizer stops being able to wick out the fluid before they're dry. That being said, the 510 can leave some fluid at the bottom too, it's just that it's not as much of a problem with the 510 because there's not as much in there to begin with.

I pretty much agree with everything you said in your review other than the comment I quoted above. I seriously find that the 510 delivers better flavor from my juices. That's one interesting thing about the 510. There seems to a group that says it's good for flavor and another group that says it's bad....

It reminds me of a lyric from a Dire Straits song.... "Two men say their Jesus, one of them must be wrong."

I second Kevinallen...510 performs very well until the battery is about dead.

It must have something to do with the temperature of the vapor. Could it be that some people's taste buds respond more to cool vapor and some to warm vapor? Because that seems to be the main qualitative difference between the two. The 510 makes warmer vapor while the 801 vapor seems almost cold.

@Surf how long do you wait between drags on your 510?

Just trying to guess at the difference in flavor..glad I'm not alone in getting better flavor (to me) on the 510 vs most others, though..
Current vapes: GG Transformer, PS PT, 510/Dura/Titan/Yeti, M201, Greencig G300, M401/Pilot/Evo

I usually give the 510 a little time to cool off between drags. The atomizer gets really hot if you drag it constantly. Not a huge amount of time, though. Maybe 15 sometimes?

As you said the 510 has a warmer vapor than the 801. Could peoples' tastes buds respond differently? Anything is possible. Maybe it's the type of juice a person uses? I'm not saying anyone is right or wrong when we compare the two taste wise. It really all boils down to the individual I guess. I just find it interesting how most people can agree on the 510s strengths, but it seems to be split down the middle as to how the 510 produces the actual flavor of a juice.
