Just a quick note on my batteries. I received two new ones from sedansa on Monday.
But I would like to add that I have had no notification from sedansa that the new batteries were sent.
They don’t answer my e mails , but so far they have replaced what they have to.

Heheh. replacement parts are the only time the manufacturers suddenly seem to have email and phone problems.

Hi Kate, yes the atomizer is still going strong , and is now my best performing 901, the batteries are quite bad though, the generics are much better. And sedansa don’t want to answer any of my e mails, but that said they have replaced the batteries, only after I have returned the old ones. I find sedansa’s customer service when it comes to communications annoying and quite poor.

Thanks for the update. It's a pity about the batteries and customer service, that makes it not such a good deal and a bit of a hassle.

I thought Sedansa had a good reputation for batteries but maybe that's just for Diva ones.
