    I actually had dinner and slept for about 7 hours. These guys make it seem like I was gone for a few days. It was maybe 12 hours total!

    From the tone of this thread you would've thought that Cashmere had ignored you for days or weeks, to find out that it has been less than 24hrs and you are willing to devote a topic to his "bad" customer service is pretty bad form imho

    OK I have spoken to Cash and it appears there was a miscommunication issue due to a 3rd party bystander. We have sorted our issues and are very happy with the outcome.

    I would like to have this thread removed please as it now contains invalid responses and I don't want to mislead the community.

    people dont realise that australians not only EXPECT GOOD SERVICE but also EXPECT a GOOD PRODUCT. this is what being Australian is all about. getting a fair go. if that means that we pay a pretty decent sum for something we expect good sewrvice and a good product to boot. if yanks are willing to pay a fortune and get crap in return thats their problem. australians are more discerning
