e-cig sell them for around $14 dollars.. they call them atomizers but they are in essence complete pipes except for the little battery cap..

so a complete pipe can be bought for $14 dollars.. express shipping ($20) is the problem which is why we used to buy a minimum of four at a time...

$14 dollars for such nicely made thing is a joke.. they are nicely made.. i know enough about engineering practices to know if something is nicely made or not....

they work very well when dipped the atomizers are big and hold up to ten drops..

all in all very nice things except for the sherlock holmes factor and the fact atomizers dont last long enough.. we used them as our main devices for around two months..

i toyed with the idea of fitting a 901 atomizer to them but never took the idea further..

and yo han.. sorry if u are something more than just another poster.. i have no way of knowing who are..

    trog

ps.. it is generic 601.. i think it is made by kingfox.. at least they use exactly the same pic as e-cig does..

Actually, Trog, the idiocy of not making these e-pipes with removable and easily replaceable atomizers is one place you and I agree. And you may be right about the lifespan of these things, too. Mine's going on 4 weeks of doing about half my smoking, and has gained a bad taste that repeated cleaning hasn't taken care of. Looks like it's almost dead.

BUT, I think you're wrong about the .......... pipe being the same as the 601. An .......... penstyle looks just like any other pen, but doesn't perform nearly as well. Just because they look alike doesn't mean they perform alike. I've never had to drip my 601, and the cartridges seem to drain pretty dry. I've refilled as much as 1 1/2 ml into them, so they seem pretty efficient to me.

Hey I couldn't agree more I didn't mean to say that you were wrong about the E-Cig products. I've heard many stories about dying atomizers lately (mine from februari is still working great though). But I really think the 601 atomizer is way better and works great with cartridges (all 3 I have).

Of course I'm just another poster, we all are
But I did a lot of research, prototypes and reviews over the last year so it's not that I'm inexperienced. Perhaps you remember my joke projects? click click

Kingfox is not a manufacturer. Perhaps they claim to be but a lot of trading companies do.
E-Cig manufacturs their own stuff, perhaps Kingfox just buys from them because the pics on their site are E-Cig pics. But the 601 is from Sailebao so the E-Cig pipe and 601 are two totally different products.

so can you essentially get an e-pipe by buying just the "atomizer", some batts and a charger from DX and then drip ahoy?

    E-LIQ.com - Atomizer for E-Pipe
    E-LIQ.com - E-Pipe Lid
    E-LIQ.com - Inhaler for E-Pipe
    E-LIQ.com - Cores for E-Pipe
So $20 for the parts. Might be bad... What's the worst e-cig related thing you've bought?

There is also kr-608 pipe and IMO it looks like a quality product. On a quick look, kr-608 looks similar to .......... pipe in detail.

I really would caution about buying from e-cig or e-liq. Although trog got workers, that I think was some time ago. recently the quality seems to have gone downhill, I bought one on impulse and was really annoyed when it didn't work. OK I've kicked it into life but it doesn't bode well for the future. Strange thing is that externally it is a thing of beauty, well made and finished, but the working of the thing lets it down.

I really cannot figure out why the carts don't work but they don't. It does drip well. It is also a heavy beast, more than twice the weight of my Screwdriver. You won't be gripping this one in your teeth for long!

I think the have a bit of idiocy going on, if you go to "https://.........." you should get in. LiteCigEU seem to do a pipe, 50 euro (just notice my latop doesn't have the euro symbol) I'd be much happier buying from them with a six month warranty. (sorry trog!!)
