New 401 cartridges contain 25% less juice

After receiving some new black carts from China I noticed that not only the outside had changed (matte black instead of glossy) but the inside has changed as well.
I decided to measure the contents because the new inner cartridge looked smaller to me.
The new cartridge seems to hold 25% less liquid than the old one. (0.3ml against 0.4ml, measured without cotton).
I don't know if these cartridges are already being sold overhere but I doubt that they're going to be 25% cheaper

that's kinda ridiculous. they'll want to reverse that decision. if anything these should hold more. is this what the 901 makers did too? wait for their product to become popular and then shrink the capacity of the carts?

ever since the original cigar device new devices have some with smaller carts.. whatever the size they all seem to cost the same..

more reasons for the educated to top up.. but the masses will never do this so smaller carts means higher cost to the user and more profit for the other side of the fence..

yeah i can never understand why 25 super mini carts cost the same as 25 classic carts.
Every part of the super mini cart is cheaper to make , less raw material for the moulding , less polyester filling , less liquid in them but still the same price as larger carts.

how many super-mini carts to one classic cart as far as e-liquid volume? i dunno , to hazard a guess i would say about 5 or 6

i think ill try to work around gettin the new flat black ones if that is problem. maybe u got them from a different place then i do????

Yeah, I think so. But I doubt they'll keep on producing both versions so you'll probably get the new ones soon.
