Volcano batteries 100% work with SideSho/ModernVapor atomizers and carts. Because of the sleeve, it will extend the length of the unit 6mm. Definitely worth the performance improvements. Pic:

Sorry for the crappy pic, took it up close on my crackberry. It looks sharp IRL though.

Yes, 306 atomizers will fit on the Blu/Volcano L88b models. In fact, many people find them to perform better than the L88b atomizers that comes with it (like me).

I just ordered my Volcano on friday, and it was shipped same day! (I ordered it at about 1:00 am on friday, that's probably the only reason it was shipped on friday)

As soon as I get it I'm going to put up my review...man, I can't wait!

What is the battery life like? I'm torn between this and a Tornado.

    Default Blucigs are Volacano Cigs

I got some blucigs from ecigheaven.com and they look just like Volcano cigs. Does anybody know if they're different? If so, which is better?

Better customer service from Volcano than Blu from what I heard.... at least my experience with Blu sucked.

So in other words, if you had a Blu or a Volcano, you could basically try a Sidesho but just buying an atty and some blank carts from modernvapor? I think that's correct.

I'm using a 306 atomizer on my Volcano now, and it is a totally different ecig now. I mean this thing is a beast for it's size. I'm getting more vapor/flavor/th than my Gemini atty (L2 510).

The best part is that there is virtually no size difference between the 306 or Volcano atty, but you know the difference when you hit it!

I had to clean my Volcano attys every two days because they don't get hot enough to vaporize all the components in the liquids. Then whatever is left besides the PG, gets left in the atty and gunks it up (dark brown wicking strands anyone?). The 306 disintegrates whatever hits the coil.

If you have a Blu or Volcano, definitely a must have. Pay the extra $3 to get a quality Joye atty.

Are you certain it was shipped? Have you got it yet? I guess the "Friday" you mentioned was 1/29. I ordered mine on 1/30. I received an email with a shipping number, my credit card was charged, and in my Volcano account, the order was marked "Complete". But I haven't received it yet and according to the USPS tracking site, they haven't been given the shipment yet.

So on Friday I emailed Volcano to ask. And guess what? They haven't shipped it, and furthermore, they have no stock. Now their site carries a notice saying everything is on backorder until 2/10 at the earliest. That notice wasn't there when I ordered (or I wouldn't have ordered, if I had known). I remember the site did carry an earlier notice, dated around 1/27, which apologized for some earlier shipping problems, but it said those had been resolved.

So yesterday, I requested a refund. I am going on a business trip soon. I can't take delivery while I am away, and anyway, I want to take the ecigs with me. Their emails on Friday indicated a willingness to refund if I requested it but I haven't had any response since actually making that request yesterday.

If I get the refund I will hunt around for another supplier with fast shipping (and stuff in stock), or wait until I get back from my trip. Don't get me wrong: I am not alleging that Volcano have done anything willfully dishonest. But I think web-sites should clearly mark stuff "out of stock" when they don't have it on-hand, and I don't think they should charge your card and mark the order "Complete" when they don't even have the stuff on-hand yet.

I will post an update when I get an answer on the refund.
