    Thumbs up

GREAT NEWS! I just ordered myself a Joye 510 starter-kit from esmokeyshack(dot)com (a banner link here on the forums). I would have got it from awesomevapor(dot)com, but unfortunately they're on back-order. I also got a container of coffee-flavored liquid from esmokeyshack; which again I wanted to get from awesomevapor since for the time he's adding in a free small bottle of a second flavor as a sampler... but the S&H of both together would have just taken the price way too high; but I think I'll definitely be getting replacement parts/carts as well as fluid from awesomevapor in the future.

The two shippings offered were first-class and priority; I went with first-class as it was 3-5 days for $3.95 I think, and I should be okay until then... priority was 2-3 days for twice the price, about $7, didn't need to spend the excess when I can just wait a few more days; so hopefully this time next week, I'll be done with analogs and toking on my very first E-Cig.

Oh yeah, also, I need to relate this about the Smoke51 product. We went to a local mall yesterday in hopes of finding an E-Cig booth, any brand, just to hold one, feel one, see how they work up close and in living color. The guy was nice enough to put some sort of mouthpiece on one and let me take a few drags to see what I think. I must admit, the e-cig idea as a whole was very interesting, promising, and sellable (even though I've already been sold on it LOL), and the Smoke51 isn't bad. However, I'm not too fond of their sales techniques and blatant lies. I had done my research, so I could see right through much of the stuff the person was saying. They claimed the Smoke51, due to the fact the atomizer and cartridge are both in the same piece and always replaced, you never taste the fluids, which may be true; but he also claimed that fluid refilling for it was "easy"; which anybody that's looked up the structure of the atomizer/cartridge for the Smoke51 knows that's not true... it's probably the most complex and nearest to impossible of the E-Cigs to refill. So that aside, if a person didn't want to hassle with refilling the cartridge and chance shorting out the atomizer (which thankfully, for some odd reason, seem rather easily replaceable and disposable), they could buy the replacement cartridges (which I'll explain a bit later are probably the most expensive on the market). The salesman also tried convincing me that on all other E-Cigs, the atomizer is permanantly embedded, and should it ever break down, you need to replace the entire E-Cig (which is WAY untrue, and I knew it!). Also, in doing price comparison, if I'm not mistaken, a replacement cartridge/atomizer (all in one) for the Smoke51 is about $4-$5, which for the brand I smoke is about equivalent to the price I'm paying now, just with more of a better health standpoint for the Smoke51; however, most other E-Cigs, the replacement cartridges cost $5 for 5 carts; about $1 a piece, and are much more easily refilled with a liquid bottle. I also watched a review online of the Smoke51; seems they claim their cartridges are "twice the capacity" of any other, and boast 2 packs of cigarettes per cartridge; in the video review I watched, a person who was smoking 1 pack of analog cigarettes a day, was using 2 of the Smoke51 cartridges PER day... so now they've jumped from $5 or so per day for a pack of analog cigarettes to around $10 per day for Smoke51 cartridges. Then to top it off, the salesman said the best and cheapest package they had was $130 for a starter kit that only had one battery, and even said he could "run me a deal" and knock the 2-battery starter kit down to $140 for me; yet looking at their website, they have a USB-chargeable one-battery starter kit for $79.99 I believe it was! Overall the Smoke51 could possibly be a promising product, but price-wise, a person could get 3x 510 (or other models) for the price of the "lower model" Smoke51, and the replacement cartridges cost less for non-Smoke51 carts, and a person actually has a better chance at fluid refill with 510 or other models; and the misleading and dishonest sales practices again of Smoke51 just aren't cool at all!

I bought the joy 510 nice blue color with red led & it is my first e-cig & I really like it so far... So I would look around cause u will find something much better & cheaper..
Yeah, somebody should do something about this. Apparently Smoking Everywhere is charging people 10 bucks and not sending them any product whatsoever.

What a major rip off, and I know $10 may not sound like much but when they're ripping hundreds of people off, then that's when its criminal.

They do seem kind of shifty I will admit. But I successfully got the free trial shipped to me. After you place your order and they charge your cc, they try to contact you by phone to confirm your order (read: upsell you additional product). If they don't get through to you, they will not ship the trial, but I imagine they WILL keep your money. I read through the fine print carefully and knew what I was getting into before I ordered. But I did NOT see anywhere in there that they would be contacting you after the order was placed to confirm the order etc etc. Sooo, if you do go for the SE trial offer, be aware of this caveat.

The trial package is the full working product with 5 cartridges and a charger. I'm relatively happy with it, but after reading through some reviews here, I am going to return it and get the Joy 510 instead (I think). It's cheaper and sounds like it's a better product.

I'll let you know (of course) if I have any trouble with the return process.

just got a joye 510 from innovapor.com, after using my blu for a few weeks. The 510 is sick. I love it... and will probably convert to using this as my daily e cig. so much more vapor, so much more efficient, and the manual battery is really convenient.

    A few quick replies:

    danielwd,

It is unlikely that using an E-cig is 100% safe. The best course of action is to do without all together. The E-cig is very likely safer than cigarettes though. I would not agree that nicotine is harmless either. Less is more on all fronts.

    MrMugsy,

Grats on the 510! I smoked Mediums also and really like the "Marlboro 24mg" juice in my 510.

In my opinion the juice is required. The carts are much more expensive and become weaker as you use them. You'll probably want to top them off to save money, and get a better experience.

Here is a tip to make good use of several atomizers... Use each atty for a separate flavor. Same with carts. This way you can avoid bad flavor mixes.

To me the color doesn't matter much. I don't think the white 510 looks "real" anyway so I got mine in black with blue led. Some of the smaller automatic e-cigs look more real, but I was interested in performance first and foremost.

I was just reading elsewhere in the forums that the 510 battery life is kind of crappy. Though that's really the only bad thing people had to say about it, they say it's pretty bad.

I am so damn glad I found these boards. Starting out, I thought SE and njoy were the only two e-cigs out there LOL... had no clue what a 510 was. Now I have a bunch of them scattered around my desk

Yeah, it sucks... which is why you should buy a battery mod so you can go 8+ hours without needing to swap. Stock batteries don't even begin to compare. I thought the 510 was awesome before using it with 18650s...

Soooo, it's primarily the 510 atomizers that are the bees knees then? Are the 18650 batteries from the same company (Joye)?

Update - still have not received the starter kit from smoking everywhere for in-laws. They canceled their debit card. They did receive a phone call saying that it was on its way but its been 3 weeks and no kit.

I am just to curious though. So I went up to a smoke shop near my home and bought the starter kit with 5 no nicotine cartridges. I hate curiosity, I swear.

I loved smoking when I was a smoker, but I had to give it up because of the way it made me feel - especially my throat. I "sparked" up the smoking everywhere cigarette, and I liked it. It did not feel like smoking which is probaby better anyway. What I mean, is that I did not feel the hit on the back of my throat, which is probably a good thing.

The vapor production was pretty neat. I am not sure if I'm going to keep the kit. It is returnable for a short while.

I'm still working on getting my father in law something who is a heavy smoker. I like the Joye 510 deal with 2 atomizers for 49.00. Anyone know a reputable site to buy? I tried awesomevapor.com but he says there's a back order.
