Yes I can point you all to the videos they are on here but I will post them here as well to make it easy for you. I have also just purchased a new needle that is perfect for it now so much better than the fine needle I had at first:

Default Git My Green Cig Yesterday

I originally ordered my GreenCig kit from GreenCig USA due to Drew being out of stock on the 220 2 battery kit, but ordered some of his juices in anticipation. Fortunately Drew got some in stock again so I ordered from him, and canceled the order from GreenCig USA. Their ad was misleading, as I thought I was getting a 2 battery set, which was not the case (found out from Drew upon speaking with him). Anyway my set from Drew arrived yesterday, and the juices arrived the day before. I can only say that Drew is a class guy. He even threw in some stuff that I had not expected, but was surprised to see. I had a freshly opened pack of Marlboro Light 100's minus one cigarette before going to my mailbox and getting the package. I have not touched them since. I have been vaping for the past 36 hours without any need for an analog. I have good feelings about this !!!!! The GreenCig carts are superior to the 808's by far. Can't wait to try some of the juices, as the factory flavors are just so so.

Hey Snarkyone - went off your review, namely from your veteran status of your ecig usage, and invested in a GreenCig kit - my first. Out of curiosity and the seemingly simple cartomizer refilling process, I also tested out the kr808d-1 kit. My preference is the GreenCig and wanted to thank you for your review. There definitely is an all around quality difference, and refilling the GreenCig carts are quite simple, no needle needed here. I just pull out the inner plastic cart. This GreenCig kit is perfect for my needs.

Unhappy Trials & Tribulations with Creen Cig

    OK, I'm a noob !!!!
Got my GreenCig 220 set from Drew about 10 days ago.

    1. I canceled my order with GreeenCig USA 2 days after placement via their contact link on their website. NO RESPONSE until I received an Order Ship notification this past week. I replied to the shipping notification referring to the cancellation, and the only response to date was "when did I notify them ?" Their shipment arrived this past Friday. It will be returned. Their lack of communication is apparent, and I smell trouble. Total timeline: Order placed 10/31. Order cancelled 11/2. Ship notification 11/10. Still no response to my return / credit situation. Order received 11/13. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM, both on PRICING & CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    2. One of my 220 batteries was bad from the beginning. Upon 1st charge the LED on the battery would blink steadily without a cart attached. When you attach a cart, it glows green, and goes out when you drag. Very little vape, and very short charge duration. Drew said he would replace it. No problem, stuff happens. Will return today.

    3. Factory carts SUCK flavor-wise. I did the needle drip on a couple in order to try Drew's juices. Only did a top off of a few drops. Drew's flavors have been outstanding thus far, although I really have nothing else for comparison.

    4. Everything was going well until I discovered my good battery causing a cart to heat up in my coat pocket. It got really hot !!!!! I unscrewed the cart, and let it cool down. I then used a fresh 808 cart (had no more STOCK green cig carts that were full), and all was well for about 2 days. My 2nd battery failed. It will not accept a charge, and will not heat up the cart. Only thing it does is glow green when attempting to drag.

I am now without full function batteries. When I dripped, I was very neat & careful. Any minimal excess juice was cleaned from the carts before use.
Obviously, I'm a little frustrated, especially since I have only smoked 2 analogs since receiving my GreenCig set up. According to Drew, I have the OLDER batts & carts. The newer ones are supposed to be better.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I go from here ? I don't know if battery # 2 is a warranty issue or whether I may have caused the problem by my slight dripping. I am considering ordering 2 additional batteries (GreenCig or other ????) and only have the GreenCig charger.

    I have ten 808 carts (2 spent), and 4 GreenCig carts (3 spent & 1 dripped)
I have 6 bottles of various juices from Drew.

I am looking for info on refilling the GreenCig carts OTHER than the drip methods shown here. Someone mentioned a mod. I want to refill without the possibility of causing battery damage.

Can someone steer me in the right direction !!!!!

    Thanks !!!!

With all of those problems, I would be running to get a KR808 battery. They work AWESOME with the greencig carts. And you can get one for about $15...so it's not the end of the world if one does happen to break.

It's hard to say, I have one GC battery that will come on with the slightest provocation and stay on burning up the juice inside. I have 2 others though that are rock solid, and I have done both the dripping method and my usual syringe trick which for whatever reason seems to let the cart have a longer life, maybe I am crazy but there does seem to be a difference when I use the more controlled method of refilling with the syringe.

Using a KR808D-1 battery is an excellent idea and I have told many people to do the same. They are interchangeable with each other although in my experience the GC batteries (the good ones) are a little bit stronger or longer lasting than the KR batteries but the KR batteries work like a champ to begin with so it's not a big deal.

The other method for refilling them is a little more complicated but with patience and practice it can be done fairly easily. It involves removing the cart end and the white gasket inside, and then tapping the cart on the table sharply so that you can get the inner cart which contains the polyfil and juice. You need to pay careful attention to the orientation of the flat edge of the inner cart and mark it so you know what position to put it in when you assemble the cart again. Once you have it removed, take out the filler and clean it with water, dry it and refill the cart replacing the filler and then assemble the cart back exactly as it was. If you do this and don't get air flow it means that your flat edge of the inner cart is in the wrong spot and you need to adjust it. Personally I find that the syringe method works the best for me with since it is nice and easy with no mess to clean up. I have only thrown out 4 of the original 19 that I bought over a month ago and one of those was a self inflicted wound that I experimented on.

To the people that expressed thanks, you are very welcome. I am glad to be of help, I know what it was like when I first decided to give these things a shot and all the anxiety over what kit I should buy. Nobody wants to throw $50 or more for something and finding out that it's crap. Not that it's a complete waste of money on all the 3pc models, without my first m401 I would not have progressed to the GreenCig. My mistake was being cheap with the first couple of kits I bought. I should have known better, the old adage is always true even with the new technology like this, you get what you pay for. For any working man or woman I would strongly urge them to go the 2pc cartomizer route rather than the 3pc, they are just a pain in the butt requiring way too much work for a little enjoyment compared to the KR808D-1 or GreenCig. Keep the faith and do your part to help the noobs that follow you and share your knowledge. The more people that can use these to increase their quality of life the better in my book.

    Angry More Trials & Tribulations

I ordered a Kr 808-1 battery to relieve my bad battery situation mentioned before. As luck would have it, this battery was also defective from the gitgo. In order to vape I must give a short blow into the cart before drawing from it. Once you draw and stop, it blinks, then shuts itself off. It vapes fine, but the constant blowing is a pain in the A**. Anyway, Drew is really helping me out, and sending replacements ASAP so that I can still use what I have in order to not go back to the analogs. There is a possibility of a defective charger maybe being the root of the problem, so another charger is also on the way.

    Now the issue with GreenCIGUSA!!!!!!

I returned the package that I received from them a week ago. The order was CANCELLED on 11/2, and should have never been shipped in the first place.
It is now 12/2, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND / CREDIT TO MY DEBIT CARD.

Do yourselves a favor and avoid them at all costs. As far as I'm concerned, Drew is the guy to deal with. He has been there to help solve my rotten luck problems with the defective equipment.

Absolutely true, stay away from GreenCigUSA, their prices are inflated and the customer service sucks. I have yet to have a single issue with anything that Drew has sent me that has not been rectified immediately by Drew just upon my word alone, none of this "You are doing it wrong" bs, or making you return the bad one before the replacement ships. He understands the need to get the replacements out ASAP.

I am sorry to hear that you had some problems but at least you can take comfort in knowing that you will soon be set up with what you need and from speaking many times with Drew on the phone I know he feels bad when something arrives that isn't up to snuff. I had the same kind of problem in a way with the KR808D-1 that I ordered originally. It would not even charge at all so Drew sent out a replacement right away and that one was partially charged I assumed since it lit up green when in the charger and vaped for quite a few hours before needing recharging and that is when I found out that either the charger or the battery was bad since it would not recharge. I then switched to the GC, and have only had the one battery that acts a little hinky at times coming on for no reason. I don't leave that one with a cart on it unattended to avoid burning out the atomizer in the cart. I have since been sent a 3rd one, a 300 model with no cutoff, that is shorter than the 220, but works quite well.

The GreenCig flavors are not the greatest as we all know but they are tolerable and as I said before a quick top off with flavor of choice, before using it will greatly enhance the flavor of it. I top my western tobacco off with flue cured tobacco and it is just about perfect for me.

Hello folks, this thread has been very informative. Thanks!! I'm about to enter the ecig world and I'll be purchasing the Greencig from Drew as he appears to be very reliable. I'm a bit hesitant to buy anything made in China these days as we've all heard of the toxic products they have supplied, but it appears the the best units are made there.
If I've missed this I apologize, but I was wondering if there is a manual battery that will work with the Greencig. Reading some of the issues with unwanted ignition, it seems that a manual unit would be preferable and allow more control. Anyone have a good match that's simple? I'm looking forward to trying this method and losing the tars and various toxins in analogues. Now if someone would just make a caffeine-nicotine cart I'd be all set!!

Yes the KR808D-1 manual battery will work with it but I do believe it needs a small adapter for the manual battery, at least the manual KR808D-1 passthrough needs an adapter to allow the airflow for the GreenCig cart.
