conclusions i've come to about 510 vs 901

well...the backstory is that i got a 901(automatic batteries) 2 weeks ago and loved it.thought it was fab and never wanted another....my other half wanted more throat hit so i ordered him a 510(manual) i saw at a great price...

it came today and was delighted to find a free 10ml juice called "rush" i think supposed to be red bull...tastes similar...lovely kinda fruity hint to it...

anyway back to the 510...set it up n gave to my other half....took a draw from it and was amazed...it had waaaay more vapour, nicer draw very smooth and didnt havta do so much work to get the right inhale for it to hae flavor/vapor....cant believe the difference...got a 3rd auto battery with it which isnt as good so think the manual battery has alot to do with it....also the matte colour had a lovely smooth feel and look to it....much happier with the actual quality of parts.

all in all i am a convert to 510 having used a 901/....also a convert to manual batteries and a convert to the juice from where i got it...(used only dekang juice before and i just dont like it, altho my other half prefers dekang...)

i got my 510 from vapostation.co.uk for 23gbp...now 25gbp(think its still on special?)with 3 batteries included and 2 atomisers so got a great deal too...also cos im from ireland i got an extra 5% discount (using code -ireland) so that was pretty cool...

only negative is ive just ordered 3 more kits(one for me,one for my mum and one for a good friend!) and got a pcc, a holder case, and 150mls liquid...my credit card is maxxxxxxxxxxxxxd!!!!

forgot to say i ordered it on friday(18th dec) and got it today(tuesday).....im STILL waiting on an order from heaven gifts i placed on 4th december!!!

Good to know. I heard 510 was better but never tried anything else to compare it to. I like my 510 though, just need to get my new 3.7v batts so that I can stop burning up attys every other day. lol

Heavengifts will get to you-they take much longer than most. I have purchased from them before and received good quality at a great price. Only order from them when it is not a time sensitive item. My first purchase took almost 3 weeks to get, I have another on the way, knowing it will take a few weeks.

I placed an order at HG on 12/16 and received it yesterday 12/22 using the faster EMS option. Wasn't really expecting it this year with the holidays and all - I was quite pleasantly surprised.

Besides speed, I chose the EMS shipping thinking that it would improve my chances with customs, though I don't know if that's really true or not.

Think is just might be luck of the draw.I ordered on 12-11 and have not gotten my order yet , in florida too.Was not expecting it though the web site said it would be a little while, EMS shipping also.

i ordered ems too....im in ireland though...thatd probably be same time as uk would get theirs???am bit worrie dnow guys...wish u didnt tell me that i ordered on the 4th!!!it said it was dispatched from sorting centre in shnghai on 11th....nothing new since then....

i dont wanna be emailing them yet cos they do say wait an extra -2 weeks...im almost into 14 days waiting(not including saturdays)

how long shud i wait if i dont get it....sick of reading shipping threads like this....sorry in advance for the sigh of people reading yet *another one* who is impatient!!!

I was amazed with HG I got their stuff in 6 days in Calif. I also have both the 901 and 510 and like the 510 waaaay better. I will have to say the 901 is pretty awesome on a PT and I like the 901 Pt style better than the 510s.

I had two orders - one shipped on the 10th and one on the 16th and they both arrived on the 21st. Thing is, they left china on the 17th (rather quick for the one) and sat in customs in the US likely because of xmas.
