Okay I MUST say...I called Njoy this morning and they are sending me 2 atomizers. They BY FAR have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend them. I just hope these 2 last a while!!

I just bought an NJoy and can't wait to recieve it but Im scared the atomizer is gonna go bad. Are other brand atomizers compatible with the NJoy? With the failure rate of atomizers in general I could see this getting costly in the long run...

It won't become as expensive as smoking cigarettes. But it won't be free either. Atomizers are now considered disposable items. They will fail.

Njoy has a one year warranty...I assume that includes the atomizers--hopefully!!

Thanks for all the input from people here in the forums. This has led me to purchase the nJoy cigarette.
If anyone is interested, I've written a blog about my first impressions of the nJoy cigarette at bloodforge.com.
I'd make it a link, but I don't have permissions to do so on the forum.

Hi, Filip, and welcome. Nice review. But take a look around the forum, and you'll find that you can find cheaper compatable cartridges, and yes, you can even get the liquid itself pretty cheap. Njoy cartridges are among the most expensive brands there are.

Hi Leaford
Think I might be a bit of a pain for NJOY warranty-wise. I'm in the UK and had to pay $50 for shipping from the US. I don't know how much of that was genuine cost (I'm inclined to think it was intended to discourage) but if it really does cost that sort of money I might end up disappointed with the fabled customer service...
