Who cares if its a pain for them, worry about the pain for you. The shipping should be their cost, but I'd worry about the wait time. I'm pretty sure there's a EU Njoy distributer, have you asked if they can service your warranty, the way Janty will do?

Good idea! I'm at that fab stage in every e-smokers life, when the first wave of devices all crap out at once. So I've got loads of mails firing off everywhere.

    So far:

Janty has been good, if slow (2 classic switches and a USB cable, 2 Yentl Batts and a Yentl atomiser). Anyway, my KBs are cooking again.

Sedansa swapped a duff Nano2 battery out with no fuss whatever.

Only just mailed NJOY yesterday so early to say yet.

My UK guy and I keep missing each other (my fault) so not fair to name him yet.

By the way, sorry to hear about the toe. Hope your replacement KB keeps you happy-ish while you're off your feet

    Emp

Thanks for the tip about the e-liquid. It seems both ePuffer and .......... aren't selling any right now, but I've found some on eBay. The stuff came in yesterday and it was pretty easy to fill up. I barely used up any of the 30 ml bottle and I got 6 fresh cartiges!

Well I've been puffing on my njoy for the past week and I've noticed some weird things. I usually charge one battery over night and load it up in the morning for a fresh charge. Sometimes it seems like the battery is inconsistent when drawing on the e-cigg. One time it would take almost no effort to activate the atomizer and I see the LED light up, other times I have to use a lot more force. Is this a sign my atomizer could be going bad?

    Sanneke,

When I click on any of the items in the store, I get the following message:

    Dear User:
Unfortunately, access to this particular category or item has been blocked due to legal restrictions in your home country. Based on our discussions with concerned government agencies and eBay community members, we have taken these steps to reduce the chance of inappropriate items being displayed. Regrettably, in some cases this policy may prevent users from accessing items that do not violate the law. At this time, we are working on less restrictive alternatives. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we hope you may find other items of interest on eBay.
    Thank You.

Yes, I bid on a couple of them and after a couple of days, they were taken down and our bids were retracted. Only a courtesy email, but no explanation.
