Got my Pilot Hybrid Friday (my first ecig).

It's working great - good vapor (using cashmenthol3), nice throat hit, good batterly life.

Puresmoker customer service is reponsive and ships quickly.

Overall, a good outfit and would use them again and recommend the Pilot highly.

Why feel bad? Despite my battery problems I still like it and will most likely be ordering another one. There are only so many things that can be causing it and it'll get sorted out. I've been showing it around like a new baby, it's so darn cute. I'm trying the clean/drain/charge approach at the moment to see if it has any effect.
