    Default Health semi-automatic e-cigar

    Just received from dealextreme. Comes with 8 cartridges for only 26$. You have to push the button to activate the atomizer, but it works wether you suck hard or not. Plenty of smoke. The cartridges don't taste as good as the e-liquid but I have plenty of liquid so not a problem. The batteries are ICR10430, I read that the batteries from e-cig are the ICR10440 which are supposed to be better. I will see how long these last and might order from e-cig.

    No customs fees this time. Shipping from Hong Kong was less than a week to get here in Canada. My NJOY, shipped on the 6th of March, still has not arrived. But I had it ship by regular land mail (9$) and it might be stuck at customs due to it's higher value.

    10430 and 10440 only diifer by 1mm and are interchangable in electronic cigars and most chargers.

    10430 = 10mm diameter and 43mm length
    10440 = 10mm diameter and 44mm length

    It is the capacity of the battery wich is important and this is expressed in mAh. The E-cig is 350 mAh. I do not know what the batteries of Heavengifts are (let us know please). Dealextreme does sell Ultrafire 10440 batteries of 500mAh but those are larglely overrated and are in fact only about 400mAh (still pretty good).

    As I'm stuck waiting around for my new NJOY atomizer to arrive, I couldn't help but pick up one of these on Dealextreme ($26 shipped). I need something to fall back on if my NJOY isn't working properly - otherwise I'm back to Marlboro - which I want to use e-smoking to get away from. From what I'm hearing review-wise on these, they seem like the best bang for the buck option. Many recommended it as a first time option, or a very reliable back-up. I'll probably alternate between the two in honesty.

    The only thing that really confuses me is that if people are praising many of these companies' cigar models for the best smoke, why do the companies sell the smaller products for more money? I'm concerned about quality of the smoking experience, not how well it'll fit in my pocket.

    Oh well...I suppose less is more based on perspective. I'll be sure to post up a review when this bad boy rolls in.

    Rich, I own both a fully automatic Health e-cigar from DealExteme and the Health mini-cig duo from DealExtreme. The cigar has been in use more than three months and I use it non-stop. It travels with me on a lanyard around my neck. The cig, on the other hand, had a battery die with 12 hours of arrival. An atomizer died not long ago taking a bath in warm running water. And the remaining unit is next to worthless. No vapor to speak up. Fish-face sucking to get anything. Awful quality.

    I have no idea why these two same-brand products are so different, but they are. The e-cigar remains the best buy in all of e-smoking. I could buy .. what? -- four for the price of a Ruyan. No way is the Ruyan four times better.

    Course, I'm still waiting for the ultimate price war and quality competition that will occur if these things aren't banned first as nicotine-delivery devices. When the Next Generation comes along, I might .. might .. trade in my Health E-Cigar.

    Hello everyone, I finally smoked all the cartridges that came with my super mini cig and its time to move on for a better e-smoking experience I actually ordered a Janty and cancelled it the last minute as I've seen somewhere a review about the cigar. It seems to have longer battery life, more vapour and long lasting cartridges and since my super mini cig is exactly the opposite I was quite impressed with the e-cigar so I made a small research about it. I found an ebay store that sells the RUYAN Titanium e-cigar kit + 25 refills for 42 GBP (83 USD) from China. The price is with the express shipping cost. Sooo anyone knows why this is such a good deal ? Im one of those guys that believes that if something is too good to be true, it probably is ! :P I checked the ruyanchina website and their cigars are way more expensive even without the shipping cost and without the extra 25 refills !!

    Thank you,
    Michael C.

    I've seen that Ruyan? one too - WOW - looks extremely nice! Please update if you buy.

    I've got a question - the e cigars appear to take almost normal batteries - are they AA or AAA size - or nothing like?
    Are they at all interchangeable with 'normal' rechargeable batteries which are available at various qualities/capacities in UK everywhere - I know that rechargeables are not so readily available in US but here in UK almost everyone uses.

    I'm new to e smoking - have just bought my 1st pen one - sedansa type - I foresee buying more unless this helps me kick the habit totally (been trying for 4 months) in the next month. Got 1 dud battery (being replaced) & other battery I'm not too impressed with. Impressed by amount of smoke however. Is there a multiple battery charger out on the market yet - UK voltage??

    If any of the ecigars take 'normal' rechargeables surely this is the way to go??? Manufacturers - please note!

    I wouldn't know of any e-cigar taking 'normal' batteries Wwishes. It's always Li-ion. 3.6 or 3.7 volt (the 'normal' ones are 1.5v, thus not usable unless you go linking them). The mAh is less important as to what you can use: just the lower the mAh, the shorter it will take before it needs recharging again (I guess there might be some upper-border not to cross; but I read about 800 mAh being used without trouble; and I use 500 mAh myself; while devices are often delivered with 360 mAh).
    I have these: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.974 ($4.32 per 2, shipping included) and I have a charger that seems to be safe and one of the best (indeed no complaints at all, and quick charging): http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.6166 ($17.50, shipping included). Mine has a euro-plug. AC 100-240V.

    Btw Ruyan batteries seem to last the longest both per charge and in lifetime.
    Hope you find what you want

    Thanks for that - I didn't realise that they were 3.6 instead of 1.5V. They do appear to be AAA size - pity that they do not seem to be switchable with the normal batteries. Maybe someone will come out with one that takes an AA???

    Must admit to slipping today & having a few roll ups BUT in the middle of packing to go away & I always get a bit stressed doing that. Will try not to buy anything in duty free (GREAT temptation at our sky high prices - £3 instead of £11.50 for 50gm of GV!) & will take my pen ecig - although not brave enough to use in airport. (Don't want it confiscated).

    Hopefully by the time I get back someone will have tried one of those Ruyan. Then again i may have quit???? :o
