    Default Recharging and Battery Life

I noticed a few posts in here suggesting that battery life was poor on the Npro/RN4081. I haven't used a 4081 model yet, but the Npro I have lasts for at least 8-10 hours without issue if properly charged. It may be worth noting (for those of you who continue to use this model/type) that the charger is a dirty lier . I've depleted my batteries several times, plugged them into the charger and IMMEDIATELY got a green light. That cannot be correct. So as per the instructions I usually put a battery into a 2-4 hour charging cycle when it depletes, rather than using the charger light as an indicator.

You may want to drop by PureSmoker.com and check out some of the HOW TO videos, as the gentleman there does describe charging technique and also confirms (at least with similar models such as the PeeWee) that the charger lies, which can negatively impact the battery life, and its lifespan, if not charged properly.

Just my 2 cents, though I am still a noob in all of this. I can honestly say I'm loving every minute of not being a traditional smoker anymore!

My NPro works alright, I like my M-401 a lot more. Though I'm Frankensteining the NPro for some fun mods to use at home (a screwdriver like mod and a USB passthrough).

    Default Gotta love my ecig!!!

    Hey everyone,
This is my first post on ECF and my second day using a NJOY NPRO. Had to go on one hell of an epic journey to get the cig though. I ended up driving over 100 miles total to go and pick it up. Someone needs to tell people to sell these things in New Orleans.

Anyway the NPRO is amazing. I never thought that is would feel so natural. The vapor is thick and the hit is strong. Even with the carts that everyone has said tasted so bad and perform poorly I have been enjoying myself nicely. The only set backs on this item is that you need to pull really hard to get a good inhale and the carts don't last as long as i had hoped.

I'm also taking any suggestions on superior products something with a lighter pull. As well as any suggestions on preferences of e liquids.

    Thanks

In my experience with the NPRO, it took a little getting used to/working in. After a little over a week, I started noticing that the drags were MUCH easier to get a decent amount of vapor. So maybe hang in there for a little while if you're looking for the lighter pull. Also I started using e-liquid as a complete alternative to the njoy cartriges for much more vapor... got mine from phil @ e-smokeytreats.com

    Default Npro

You can also buy the nPro at Costco.com

pricey, but it beats a 100 mile drive..........

I like m401/pilot hyrid..... but I still have the nPro and use it everyday. The draw gets easier over time and the atomizer lasts a very long time (so far anyway)

Where did you go to get it? The kangroo has one but i don't know the brand of the one there in Slidell. HWY 59 Texaco (kangaroo) has the npro , it is next door to the real kangaroo gas station in Mandeville.

Enjoy it while you can. Mine worked GREAT for a few weeks. It's been nothing but replace and replace since. And the draw sucks.

Anyone know of one similar that vapes good and lasts longer. Or could it be the PG? Does the glycerin vape better? I heard it's sweeter to the taste. Any suggestions?

The NPro is a nice little novelty to have around for certain times. VG will give you more vapor--but it also has a tendencey to leave a thicker Residue as the testing reports keep coming in. We will have a better grasp on it soon. Although VG leaves a heavy Residue--that Residue is easier to clean then the Residue of PG----------Sun

    Default Thanks

Haha yeah I went to the one on highway 59, at least i think about 57 miles there and back hence the 100 mile journey. But trust me it was a hell of a time and tons of fun. Thanks a lot for the info. I'm planning on getting some e-liquid soon because I'm using up at least two carts a day and I only bought 15 to start. The only reason I haven't ordered from an online store is because I'm not sure which ones to trust. I was going to order from puresmokers but when I tryed to call the number there was no answer. Though that may be my main supplier of the liquid.
