Ditto. First one died quickly. The second one survives but is a very tight fit for the cartridges. Other people have had other issues (it seems some of the chargers supplied by Joye were not up to scratch).

I am happy to say that TECC have been very good about it and sent me out a new atomiser without question or insisting the bad one came back first. Can't say fairer than that really.

My charger seems fine. Just the same as my Dura one.

I've reported the problem back to the electronic cigarette company so hopefully they should send me out replacements fine. At least I've now got four batteries for my Dura in the meantime.

Sorry to hear this BadSeed, I had hoped that this supplier might have received a better batch; no sense in my thinking though as the fault is obviously at source.

I hope the issue is resolved quickly, which being TECC, I have no doubt it will be.

I've had my TITAN for 4 days now. It's a great ecig but I'm having similar problems I'm afraid. One of my original atomizers was too narrow for the cart to fit properly. It actually shaved strips off the cart as I pushed it in. Like Papa's experience, TECC were very good and sent me out another atomizer without wanting the dud one in return. Unfortunately, I received the replacement this morning and it has exactly the same problem. Strangely enough though, I had ordered a couple of spares which I received today too and they seem fine so far. Seems like the parts for this ecig are a bit of a lucky dip!

Problems aside though, it is a really great smoke. The throat hit is far superior to my Penstyle, 901 or Evo. It's kept me completely off analogues since Tuesday now. First time ever.

Someone has mentioned using a small file to solve the problem of the overtight atomisers.. Its going to be a fraction of a millimetre of material causing the issue...

Good idea Papa. I might give that a try. I don't really want to be asking for replacements all the time.

By the way, did you have a white glue like substance stuffed under the atomizer bridge? I'm guessing it's primer but I've never seen primer look like that before. It doesn't seem to completely disappear either after smoking it for a while.

Is it not a good idea for me to buy one just yet or do you think I should just go for it??

There is something under there. I'm not sure what it is though. Some sort of high temperature glue? As far as I'm aware primer is just a liquid added to the atomiser to stop it burning up on first use. Not a solid lump. I tried to take a picture but it didn't come out very well on it.

I was wondering whether the glue like substance might be there to help in stopping the atomizer from burning out? I've just never had this on any other ecig. I don't mind it being there as long as I'm not inhaling something really bad. So far, it hasn't affected my breathing or made me feel ill or anything.

Tribal, if you like having a consistent throat hit and you're not getting that with any other ecig, then go for it. The issues I'm having so far are tight atomizers, leaky carts, but apart from that, the vapour for me is the most similar to real smoke, in the way it feels and the way it hits and coats my throat. If all these issues were fixed, then it would be the closest I've found to the perfect ecig so far.
