Heck, I don't mind waiting 4 hours since the battery will last the entire day anyways. I think I might just buy an eGo battery and cone.

Exactly. I have both chargers. The fast charger on average takes ~1.5 hours to charge. The stock 510 charger took just over 5 hours.

TW sells the adapter to use the 510 charger with eGo/Tornado batt's for about $4.

I priced everything out before I made the decision to just go with the full kit even though I already had a 510. But, if all your concerened with is the longer battery life, I'd definately recommend getting a battery, cone and the charger adapter.

You might want to go even cheaper and skip the cone. I only say this because I find that the cone makes you have to draw a lot harder on eGo. To the point that my cheeks are actually "tired" by the end of the night. Don't get me wrong...I love my eGo, and can't see myself using any other device (until Mik invents the next bigger/better thing ). But I've gotten so I never install the cone anymore.

    Ahhh good tip!

    One question for Thyestean:

How would you compare the eGo to your Ikenvape laser mod for vapor production, flavor and TH?

    Thanks again Thyestean!

    Great review!

The cone from Totally Wicked is 5.95 or 6.95. Cant remember which. The Batteries are available in a 5 pack from them for 79.95. A really good price, and saves a Lot of Money!

I am using the 5 station charger from Totally Wicked, and it takes about 4.5 hours for a charge. I do use the adapters from them to charge. they also have those available is a 5 pack.

First thanks for the compliments on the review.

Second, bhima I really haven't had a chance to use my laser much yet as I received it right before receiving the eGo and then commenced to use the eGo exclusively for the time I had it for the purpose of review. I actually only used the laser a little bit with the same attys that I used on the eGo but that was before cleaning all of those attys for the first time since I've had them.

Third, not trying to be a jerk or anything but, while we all know the devices are basically the same thing, there are other factors that differentiate between the eGo and the Tornado and being this thread is an eGo review thread I wouldn't really consider the spamming of TW prices as appropriate. Obviously when speaking of something, like the charger adapter, that Janty doesn't provide that is a different story.

My Bad, I was under the impression that this was an unbiased review of a product. They are both Janty. They are the same product, same manufacturer.

I didn't mean to step on your company slanted pitch.

    Won't happen again.

Am I allowed to say that the better (Longer) warranty of Janty more than makes for the slight difference in cost?

    It is a fine product.

My company slanted pitch? Funny I don't recall seeing any mention of the Janty prices in your original post. I'd say the spamming of the TW prices was a bit more of a company pitch since the review was on the device I used and your comment had no reference to that device.

And as I said I wasn't trying to be a jerk by posting it. There is plenty of info on the forum about how they are basically the same. There are plenty of places to find the TW prices and I don't really think it is necessary to blatantly spam them here when you weren't even trying to make some kind of comparison or point of any sort.

I've never used a Revolver Elite but unless I'm mistaken it is an m702(803) style device and I have used one of those. I would definitely choose the eGo over the 702 for battery life, flavor, and TH myself.

My atty died after 2 days last Thursday. Janty is pretty good about replacing parts but kinda slow. I recommend getting a few attys with ur order.

Its kinda hard to stay away from analogs if ur anxiously waiting for ur new atty to come in the mail.
