yeah...walrus....that is the problem...the switch is in the body. I will give you a hint...that I didn't follow. Don't drip with the minipipe. Believe me you don't need to....you don't even need to top off. The atomizers on these don't need any of that to vape like crazy...as a matter of fact even toping off...causes the atomizer to choke and produce less vapor. Fill the cart with a needle...but don't over fill. You can go through the whole cart without needing to top off. What killed my swithc was I was trying other 801 atomizers on it while waiting for spare mini-pipe atomizers to come. I dripped with those atomizers...and the switch was killed in about two days. I wouldn't use any other atomizers with these ...you can get the mini pipe atomizers from David Yang for 8 dollars each.

That's what I suspected. Yeah, these things are vaping champs, and no need to drip. I put one drop in the new atomizer just so it wouldn't be dry. I got three spare atomizers when I bought the pipe. They are different than regular 801's... 4 holes, and the connections are slightly smaller than an 801. Externally, they look the same. One look at the brass shows the difference.

Hi Walrus,
Glad you like the mini-pipe. I'm really enjoying mine - my only wish is that the battery life was a little longer.
I think the thing that I like about it the best is that it "smokes" like a tobacco pipe - very relaxing.
Yes, it's a small pipe, but it feels very nicely balanced to me when sitting in the palm of my hand.
Unlike my other e-cigs I'm not using glycerine mixed with e-liquid here. It delivers enough vape without it.
Good luck on your adapter hunt. Things like that are always knocking around the place when you don't need them and are never to be found when you do!

What kind of battery life are you getting? The initial charges weren't very good, and I'm on my first full charge right now... about 4.5 hours into it. They take quite a while to go green in the charger, also.
I'm using a glycerine mix, but only because I'm using one of my recipes... Boston Cream Pie... (TW Chocolate, Glycerine, Chocolate & Bavarian Creme)
I gave up looking for the adapter when I was on the second battery's initial charge. Didn't want to risk running out, so I went and bought the expensive one.
I've got an e-cigar and a Screwdriver coming, too

Battery life for me is about 2 hrs of heavy use - but that really is heavy. It's better when I'm mixing my vaping with my Evos - but then that's to be expected, I suppose.
Boston Cream Pie sounds great. I've always liked apple and chocolate mixed.

Wow... only 2 hours? I thought I was hitting it heavy. Maybe I'm only moderately heavy. I *think* I'm going on 5 hours now... I kinda sorta forgot when I started. I guess the true test will be when I go to work on Friday. I'm vaping "home heavy" now... "work heavy" takes on a new meaning. I used to go through a full pack of cigs in 4-5 hours.
[edit] well, my battery just died. I figure I got around 5 hours out of it. Unfortunately, the spare hasn't finished charging yet... and I put it in right when I swapped them.

I have the pipe and love it too! I just ordered another kit, because I wouldn't want to wait for a replacement!
Anyway, on Parked's forum here, he said it was okay to drip.... I decided to take the safe route as I agree that it does not really need it... I wish they would sell the pipe head somewhere separately

@ Smo - Hope you receive yours soon! Cheers, Tim
@ Walrus - Glad you sorted the adapter out - shame it was the 'expensive' one but hopefully you got what you paid for!
@ Vape all Day - We are getting full stock of accessories in hopefully at the end of this week including the pipe head as a separate extra.
The battery life averages out for me anywhere between 2-5 hours depending on how heavily I vape.
As the batteries don't all have positive/negative markings on, it is also crucial to put the battery in the correct way. ie. the side with the white band, 3 holes and the slightly raised button is the positive end....

Smokin, I was looking at your options. Do you carry the white pipe with white atomizer? Also, will the heads be available for sale to anyone, or only those that ordered the kit from you?

Mini Pipe is at the postal office, i found the ticket in my mail this evening coming home from work. I'm hyped to the point I'm thinking of skipping a couple hours of work to go get it tomorrow morning, but don't tell that to my boss =P
There should be also some RY4, fennel and mint with that, can't wait to try them all =D
