    Default RN4062 - E-cigar: First Impressions (OMFG)

This thing is a monster. No... it's a MONSTER.

    Nice packaging, yada yada.

This thing kicked my ass. Literally. It's the first device to make me choke on my vapor, and it made my eyeballs want to look at each other.

Nothing special in the blend... it's the same "Boston Cream Pie" mix I've been using in my other devices. Same batch, even.

In the e-cigar, the taste is bolder and the vapor is thicker. Scratch that... the vapor is much thicker. If you've read my previous comments on the mini-pipe you know I hit it's cutoff on every drag. This beast honestly has no cutoff. I ran out of breath before I ran out of production. I took a 20 second drag before the hit got so whelming (it means the exact same thing as overwhelming, look it up) that I had to stop. And I was seeing stars. And pinwheels. And maybe pink elephants.

I'm on the first fully charged battery, so I can't comment on it's charge life yet. I will say that the battery charger went green in about an hour... but it wasn't a totally drained batt, either.

There was mention that the mini-pipe was a Screwdriver contender/killer. I have serious doubts about that. My SD hasn't arrived yet, but after puffing on this thing it sure has it's work cut out for it.

If I had recieved the RN4062 first, I probably would never have ordered the mini-pipe. Yes it's larger... if you are looking for something to carry around in that 5th (change) pocket in your jeans, this ain't it. If you are looking for monstrous throat hit and a fog that makes London jealous, this is your baby.

    Your mileage may vary.

P.S. Parked... nice job here. Thanks for enclosing some business cards, they will definitely be used.

I got mine from Parked's new store, http://www.dietsmokes.com, but I think he's already out of stock.

Riding season is around the corner and need some cigars. Just ordered the disposable Ruyan Vegas Cigar. I heard it got alot of good reviews.

But I'm willing to try out others.

    Thanks for the info

Riding season? What's that? I ride on days that end in 'y'. It's just a matter of what I'm wearing when I ride. Of course, you live in New York, and I'm in Louisiana...

You bringing it with you Friday, right? I want to see your table so shrouded in fog that we can't see you in the audience...

Here's the one suggestion I'd make to improve the design:

I like to see a more 'cigar-like' mouthpeice. These come with the typical 'pen-style' shape and feel. I want one that feels like a stogie... larger, rounder... and maybe with a rubberized material instead of hard plastic, so you could hold it in your teeth.

I'd have it hanging from my mouth all the time (well I do now, but it's not that comfortable). If I could get a mouthpiece like described, I'd chomp down on that sonofabitch and ride like the wind.

Hell yeah. Maybe I'll look for a flashlight with colored gels so that I can add some 'ambiance' to the bar.
