If you get a 18350 you will not be able to use the kick, the smallest you need would be the p+18500.

David, I've got a question for you: the center post in the juice well has gone from a very shiny silver color to having a more gold tinted perfect circle in the center. I have NOT cleaned it with anything except a damp microfiber cloth, but I am quite curious what this could be. It doesn't look quite right, but still seems to be firing okay. Curious if it's something to concern myself with.

Without looking at it its hard to say but a couple of things come to mind: many of the posts have a golden hue which is from the Gold plating underneath the Rhodium plating or it could be juice (sometimes it gets almost carmelized due to heat and you can wash it away with dishsoap and hot water). Either way, its nothing to be concerned about.

When is P+ 18350 flat top going to be available on the supt site?

A batch is in the works and i hope to have them back up in mid december. Thats the goal.:-)
