Well my only other mods are 18350s so that's all I have to compare it to. It is fantastic for about 20 vapes then takes a performance step down which lasts hours... probably a little over 1ml (100% organic palm VG). When the 14500s get to about 3.6v they pretty much completely stop producing. IMO the trade off between batt life and size is totally worth it though. Personally I'm only going for flavor so I still get that even when the vapor production peters out.

The small Aspire S BDC has made it's home on my 2 14500s. Almost perfect fit and looks pretty good. I use high nic juice so tank size and batt. life is not a problem. The 14500 seems to hit better than my 18350 and batts last nearly as long.
Wish that Super T would make a few 14250 mini mods to carry for times when size does matter. Perfect stealth size.
18490 in the minimum size for decent performance/run times. And if I am out for more than 4 hours then the 18650 is the only way to go...IMO
Also easy just to cut the tube shorter. Everything else stays the same. Just think how easy it would be to carry a 4" rig in your pocket.

I do like the 10440 but would like something shorter. Saw one for sale here and almost jumped on it.
