I guess I am not the only person who has no tolerance for the taste of traditional cigarettes anymore. The day I received my e cig in the mail (late March) was the last time I smoked an analog all the way through. I have tried smoking analogs on two different occasions since and I wasn't able to have more than a puff because the taste was repulsive.

All great stories. I am tapering off myself. I limit myself every day one more cig. Today I can have 18 (yesterday was 19 and I only had 16) so.... I guess the e-cigs are doing it.
Good luck to both of us. Its hard for me...even with the e-cigs. Part of that is Hubby still smokes.

Been vaping since January. Had to find me some good PV and some kind of liquid that I liked. Didn't find this until April. I used to smoke 2 packs a day. Went down to 1 pack a day in January. Than February down to 15 a day. March I was smoking 10 a day. April is when I found my stuff. Went down to 5 a day. In May I was smoking around 2 or 3 a day. June is now here and maybe I will be able to do it. Still want my morning cigarette.
Hopefully that will leave soon. I could not just quit. I had to bring myself down. I don't like any pain. This all has been easy. Super easy. Live with a smoker. That smokes like a train. With no help or support from him.

I love my GG and secondson2929 e-cig "The lightvaper". For car driving my Vapor King.
For public use and just want a regular e-cig" Dura c". I also like my box mod. I bought from a forum member.

    Hi SweetPeaZZ
This is my first 24 hours using the e cig. I had 1 analog today and it was NASTY, the smell was even nasty. I really like my dse901 and just holding it in my hand and I know this may sound stupid but putting it in my mouth HELPS. Seeing the vapor, so much like smoke, I'd rather vape than have the analog. Its only been 24 hours and I think anyways FEEL I'm on my way to being smoke free.
    Good Luck

Good luck to you ohioana. SOunds like you are off to a good start. Keeping the 901 close to you is good until it is more familiar like the old analogs were.
    Keep up the good work!

I believe that putting zero pressure on yourself to quit is exactly why the e cig works for so many. There is no guilt for me when I smoke the real thing. I just "smoke" what I prefer at the moment, and 9 out of 10 times, I will prefer the e cig.
That's exactly right! If I even THINK I can never have another cigarette I'll smoke a pack within an hour. So, no self imposed pressure for me. I've smoked MAYBE 20 cigarettes in the last month and most of those were due to equipment issues.
