I am at day 24 now. The first 4 days I smoked 7 analogs total, so officially analog free for 20 days. I'm glad I can vape this thing in the house instead of hanging out in my garage all day. I smoked around 25 analogs a day before I started vaping, sometimes more.
I dont think I vape much more than I smoked, but I'm not sure.
I ordered 18mg juice this time and it is stronger than the juice I had previously from Johnson Creek & another company. I started diluting to about half strength with VG because its just too much, gives me a headache, since I vape so often. The plus side now is, it lasts me twice as long I'm addicted to Dr. Pepper & Watermelon flavors.
I tried Nicorette gum before, but it made me feel sick and whoozy. I also tried the patch, but it gave me a rash wherever I stuck it, even if I cut it in to 1/4 size pieces. I smoked when I had the patch on too, so that was really unhelpful.

I just had to reply and say im on day 6. Yay me!!!! I still want an analog but i keep hanging on to a thought i got on the forums. Even 1 analog will just keep me addicted to all the other chemicals. Hang in there dr.

Congratulations! When I switched to vaping only a few months ago, the first week I still had cravings, but after that short time I was so proud of myself that it became much easier. Keep up the good work!
