    I am still smoking analogs - I had 6 yesterday - usually 1 1/2 packs a day for 22 years! I am about to go have number 6 for today - I have serious urges for an analog - I know I should try higher mg - I am using 16 - but I am afraid of nic overdose/poisoning because I am just vaping all the time!

    I would recommend 24mg. Use the 24 for when you need to satisfy the craving right away. Then switch down to 16mg for your "excessive" vaping time.

    In a few days , analogs will taste like crap ! keep vaping ! its all about getting used to !
