Default Stuck at 4 analogs a day

Well...I went down to 6 analogs a day pretty quickly (from 30 a day for 22 years) and stayed at 6-8 through my vacation to see my parents (because my dad can make it a bit stressful)Anyway...I got home last Tuesday and have made it to four a day, but I seem to be stuck - I was suppose to go to 3 today and I just can't see me making it until I go to sleep without another one. I have 5 kids and I am a teacher so I have gone back to work for several hours this week getting ready. I am trying not to beat myself up...but I really want to be off of the analogs - I keep waiting for them to taste disgusting. Well...just wanted to vent - thanks for listening.

You didn't start at 30 a day. You'll quit in your own sweet time. Just know you have cut WAY back and are progressing I've had same problem. Maybe if you increase your nic a little it will help.

Also if you find a really good juice for you with nic increase they will taste better with more hit than your analogs

Is there a pattern to the 4? Like I would always light up right after I ate or when I got into my car. I just got my first one on Wednesday and I had half a smoke saturday morning and none since. I keep telling myself that I didn't quit, I'm just smoke this instead. Kind of like switching brands because you have a coupon for $3 off a pack. If you smoked outside or in a certain area of your house I would still do that. Just a thought to try. It's what's been working for me so far. Good Luck!

    What Rimp Said...
find a flavor you really like - and get it in a little bit higher nic level.
Put your anal logs or tobacco in a harder to get to place.
When you really want a fire stick - take a vape of the higher nic level (or two)
I would tell myself I 'could' have a cigarette if I really wanted one - but now I'll have a vape.

For me the reward of great flavor and higher nic did the trick.
I also got a manual P/V that delivers more consistant vapor and flavor - with every puff.
I still have an anal log about once a week (my am spirit natural rolling tobacco doesn't taste near as bad as the puffs off friends pre-rolled)

My logic says - HECK YEAH - 1 a week instead of 2 packs a day!!!
    That's awesome!

You're doing great - and each of us finds what works in the time frame that works.

Rimp and Souporvapor really are right on. I hope you are proud of yourself for what you have accomplished so far.

We can't get to perfection, but just do our best Don't make analogs forbidden, makes them too desireable. You're doing great in my estimation

There are other things in Cigs that you are addicted too. You just have to Man up, or Girl up and quit for a few days with your PV at your side.

After a few days you won't feel the need for them anymore. Just have to get those out of your system.

When I started I thought back....When I started it really wasn't easy. It took a good week before I really started to really enjoy smoking.

I'm in almost the same spot as you. One thing I did was to quit buying cigarettes. I buy tubes, tobacco (small pouch of Drum) and have a little one-at-a-time injector. That way I have to WORK at it to get a cig. I only stuff them as I'm going to smoke them. I can't get the tubes to stuff very well, so I never smoke anywhere but the back patio because the cherry falls off sometimes. So now I only vape in the car. The car, and the first one in the morning seemed to be where I had my toughest time. One down, though.

Edited to add: My goal to quit analogs for good is 9-9-09

Try a higher volt mod. 6 volts is amazing. I am satisfied with lower level nicotine. Before 6 volts I was using higher nicotine level.
