Just got this message from my sister about her husband who just had his palate removed in January...at the age of thirty due to tobacco.

Things are getting better and worst at the same time. He found a pretty big hole on the right side w/ white patches growing next to it (in his mouth). Pretty scared. Just wanted to fill you in.
[8:30:35 PM] : He's going to handle making his own appointment locally, and if it is a recurrence of cancer he will go back to Indy ENT @ the cancer pavillion.

One of the main reasons I had to quit NOW and am so passionate about vaping!

Cancer is scary ****. Runs strong in my family, another reason I quit analogs. I'm only 24 but there's so much scary **** in cigs, its not surprising that even at a young age people develop serious issues. Thank god we can vape guilt free and still enjoy life, at least until the evil FDA bans. It's really sick when you think about how nobody gives a **** about nic addicts and would rather we suck down ash until we die than inhale innocent vapor. Meanwhile the govt wants to push some new heathcare bill crap on us. It just doesn't make ****ing sense!!!!

I hope your sister's husband is okay. Sorry bout the rant.

I'm so sorry to hear that.

It's scary to think of what we've all done to ourselves for so long with these cigarettes. We all know cancer is a risk but I think we all honestly believe it will happen to "other people" and not us.
