What is the dosage per ml your using & how much do you vape of it? And how many normal cigarettes did you smoke before you quit? May want to try heaver vaping... with thicker dense vapor.

I am useing 24 I also have snus on hand for bad cravings.. Hopefully the real bad ones are behind me, going into day 5

Wish I could get my banner to work

I think that sometimes people are afraid to go to the high-nicotine juices but that may be exactly what they need to do, at least in the beginning, to get the whole thing going.

I started with 36mg and only now, after a month, am I starting to scale back to some 24mg.

Honestly, if I had tried initially with 24mg or lower, I don't think I'd be a non-smoker right now.

Don't be afraid to use the high-nic doses in the beginning.

    Default Today was rough

Alright, well i smoked for 13 years and I have not smoked an analog since the 21st of november. I quickly realized that I was addicted to alot more than nicotine in those things. I am very thankful for my 510, but the 18mg is just a bit too weak, ill try some 22 or 24mg next week. I have been through some nausea, panic attacks in the past couple of days, but they only lasted a couple of minutes, and they seem to be going away. Thank god for the e cig.

It REALLY does get easier.... I quit on January 5th 2009. I have moved to using mods only!!! I have the Prodigy, Protege & the newly released Xhaler. They really do make a HUGE difference!!! I smoked for 30 years!!! I am only in my early 40's.... will most likely save my life.

My Mom is 62 years young and she quit on November 20th 2008. It has been a FULL year for her. I am soooo proud. She would have NEVER been able to do it without her e-cigs. She uses only mod devices now as well.

Just remember all the GOOD that you are doing for yourself. My Mom was diagnosed with COPD - luckily she is in the early stages and doing GREAT since she quit!!!

Many well wishes to you all!!!!
