Day 1 need incouragement
Well I woke up at 7:30 am and havent had a analog yet. I am really trying to quit for good. But it is pretty hard at times. I feel like I am craling out of my skin.. The ecig seems to help some with the oral fixsation when it is working correctly
..
Please give me some incouragement will day 2 or 3 be any easier???/

Nope, the first dew days can be difficult. You may even have some urges two weeks down the road. Since the e-cig cannot cause you to quit, you will have to deal with the other things (i.e. mental focus, urges, etc.) some other way.

SNM - breakfastchef is over egging it a bit!
The first few days are difficult as you are withdrawing from a number of chemicals that are present in smoke. Make sure you drink a lot of water or soda as the PG/VG tends to dry your throat out and hold the inhalation for longer in your lungs than you would have done with a turd (analog = anal-log = turd). This will give you the neccessary Carbon Monoxide.
If not, sniff some car exhausts or move into a dodgy privately run flat with a gas boiler!!
Keep going - It will get better!!

I have just started also and it has been 8 awesome days without withdrawals. Keep your batteries charged and a really good liquid with you at all times. I must say that I did not freak out at all and I smoked for 27 years. This is the first time I ever tried quitting and it works. One day at a time you will do it. I use a High strength coffee or cappuccino 24mg in a Joye 510

The 510 works brill if you smoked pre-packaged turds. If you were a roll-up smoker like myself, try the 901 - much more 'refined'!!

You could go up to 36mg but try the 'holding your breath' method first - it may work for you.

It does get easier just vape through the cravings and dont give up.

It does get easier, I have been without analogs for 4+ months. Received my first PV July 1st, threw out my analogs and really stuck to using the PV. I smoked a pack and a half a day for about 18 years and to make it worse I was a menthol smoker. I haven't had a single analog since I switched. That's not to say that I don't get cravings from time to time, but once your sense of smell returns you can smell an analog half way across a parking lot and it doesn't smell pleasant!!!
