I have been vaping for a little more than 4 months now. I am in total fear that I will somehow run out of either equitment or e-juice so have spent alot on buying whole e-cig kits, extra batteries etc. I continue to buy e-liquid first to try different brands, flavors but also so I never have to worry about that running out. I tell myself I will never smoke another analog cig again.

I'm confused...you were waiting to vape until your bronchitis went away BUT you'll smoke while it's there?

I know it sounds weird but for some reason the vapor made my throat senitive when I had bronchitis, but the analog for some reason didn't. My theory is because the vapor irritates the throat when its sore. Just a theory, I don't know if that be the case but thats what I can make from it.

And now I'm better again! :-) vape on!

YESSSSSSSSSS! I'm thrilled to say I finally figured out what mg will help ease my analog craving! Much thanks to you Jules for being there for me and helping me out and for the laughs.

And of course thanks to everyone! I was starting to fall back into my pack a day habit again, then dropped down to 4 a day woot! <-- excited... can ya tell???

I am convinced that I need to stay between 24-36mg for now until I can be comfortable enough to drop the mg.

    Vape on!

Btw, sorry for being away for so long guys, you know I heart you all!

Great to hear things are starting to work out for you! I started with 24mg and it just didn't work well for the cravings. Moved up to 48mg and 36mg and bam the cravings were gone after only a couple hits and I could also put the darn thing down for awhile instead of chain vaping all day. Now I'm down to 24mg and use 36mg while under stress. I hope to keep lowering the mg's over time. Another thing that really helped me was getting a mod and dripping. No more messing with carts and batteries. It's so easy and way less to carry around. I'm rooting for ya!!

My plan was to make this my last pack but not kill the whole thing in one day!

My mind is thinking "Oh crap! I don't get paid til Wedsday! I need to look around the house for pennies!"

Then I realized my guy has a half a pack still.... My eyes shifted over to admire that pack of analogs sitting right next to me. I felt soooo sooo jealous. I keep thinking "You.... must share.... I've bought you packs in the past.... you must share..." Ever get those random flash backs? Yea well mine was the juicy fruit gum commercial "Sharing is Caring." If you don't have a clue what I'm talking about... youtube it lol. I felt the urges I had when I was a teenager sneaking a few from my mom.

I'm feeling very uncomfortable right now.... and its only been 3 hrs since I've had my last cigarette.... God I'm pitiful....I'm going to try my electric cigarette again to help ease my urges before I go on tearing up the apartment like a bear would. My bronchitis is nearly gone so I think I have a chance with it.
just keep in mind quiting cold turkey is the hardest method. it works for some and simply WILL not work for other's. find what works for you then simply follow that path. everyone is different your not pitiful by simply trying to quit you are stronger than most smokers

quick post have you tried mixing your very high mg with glycerin. it kills the flavor a bit and drops the nic but you will get that vapor amount that a cig would give you. i only bring this up because that's what really helped me. i prefer the vapor amount over the flavor and throat hit. my two cents

Try getting a bottle of VG for when your throat is taking a beating. Tastyvapor.us and vikingvapor.com both carry a good selection and im pretty sure all are available up to 24mg.

    Stick with it
