Come May I will have been free of burning tobacco for a full year. Totally amazing, especially since I didn't start vaping with any intention of quitting, just cutting down and being able to vape indoors occasionally !
Freed from Analogs since May '08 !

I like those 'not smoked since...' banners. I've already decided with the money I'll save, I'm taking a trip. Probably to Hawaii, but maybe New Zealand, Silver! If I can quit, I will damn well deserve it.

You certainly will Steph and New Zealand is a fantastic place for a holiday ! Beware though, you may fall in love with the country and end up emigrating there as we did (best decision we ever made !) !

    Cheers,
    Silver

PS Only risk is if you're any kind of gadget freak you'll probably end up spending more on E-vaping stuff than you did on burning tobacco !

As my signature states I've been absolutely smoke free for over a month and have had ZERO urges to smoke tobacco, despite smoking for 10 years. None.

I wish more people had the same experiences I've had, including my parents who have tried the e-cig but unfortunately it doesn't stick for everyone

I had no intention of stopping cigarettes all together, but I did. It's because the e-cig satisfied my cravings as well as the physical aspect of smoking. I feel great, my lungs are clear and I don't wake up with that smokers hack! It is a great alternative!

I haven't quit smoking... I just quit cigarettes!

I've just gone 24 + hours since I had an analog. I got my first e-cig yesterday and haven't had an analog since. I'm amazed. I almost broke down a couple times but was strong enough to resist the urge. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

how do you add those cool banners with the amount of days you havent smoked?
i cant add one yet because its only been a week and i havent quit smoking yet.
from 1- 2 packs of winstons a day for years to just a few a day in only one week though.
i hope to add one of those banners someday when i completely quit winstons..
