The outer sleeve is a press fit and will just turn Warf ! simple, easy, and quite effective !

Would be nicer if threaded, though, and working on that

By the time I get back in town Saturday, I should have everything I need to make one of these in da house.

I'm going to use 5mil syringes to make the tank. I'm going with this size since it's the same diameter as the IPro PV. I'll be giving up juice capacity for aesthetics. The goal is to have the look of an eGo bat with a eGo DC Mega Carto attached.

I'll be a Cisco 306 atty with the XL DT.

Couple of things I'm going to do differently. Keeping the smaller capacity in mind, I am going to fashion a fill plug. To adjust flow, I plan on mounting a adjustment screw from a needle valve adjusting screw in the side of the tank that lines up with where one slightly to big hole is drilled in the DT. Prolly overkill, but will be a fun mod.

Here's my 306 atty tank in a Buzz Pro

More pics at portuguese forum Atty Tank

It's a home made tank using a 10 ml seringe and the 306.

Gives me 2-3 ml 'drip time' with no drop refill.
    It works great! Thanks.

MWA thanks for the sideways cap advice. I will definitely try that. Oh your killing me with your delrin mod :0) that sound so sweet. Especially with the adjustable outer sleeve. Glad to hear the results you are getting. That is my biggest struggle getting my holes right to get consistent vaping all day. And once I make the holes too big or too many and it starts flooding the cap is no longer useable. Please keep us informed.

I received the tighter 0-ring for the tank set-up with a io6 attie. Four holes as the recipe described and it works great. The only issue I have is that liquid builds up on the outside of the bottom of the tank, so the juice is not coming through the tank bottom as that is now 100% sealed, but it is coming through the holes of the atty connector.......

I wouldn't mind buying a ready made kit that works to not have to do all this r & d.
