Thanks! I'll try raising the silicone cap. (I was wondering if the wicks weren't just overwicking.) I have to say, whoever put these together, they found the best wicks that I've ever come across for topcoil cartos in terms of carrying flavor.

It is only about 1/8 inch longer than the al 1.5 after you consider these have ego type threads and the 1.5 has 510 threads.

Mine works real good on my Kgo but mine reads 2.7 ohms. DV has LR's but I haven't used one yet.

    thanks!
can you lay this thing on its side overnight without leaks? and do you have to keep tilting it upside down for it to wick properly?

Oh, I figured out after my review there is a top and bottom to the tank, and if you put it on the base upside down it does leak. Anyway, so long as I put it together right (doh!), it doesn't leak even if you put it on its side. Like all top coils, tilting does help when it gets low on juice to assist the juice getting to the coil. I've had enough CE2s that I'm used to that and doesn't bother me.

Seems to be sealed on both sides,so I dont see any problems laying it and since it has long wick,it shouldnt need tilting unless you chainvape it like mad

One could try to insert a very thin o-ring at the top nut to make sure its double sealed...we will see.

i ordered the apollo tank from v-c along with an extra head. now the waiting begins.
robbie, im glad you found out the up-down thing on the tank, in your video sure looked like they were identical ends. good to know.

im really liking the looks of the batteries that goes with the apollo kit. in a week or 2 i will get the 1100 batteries from discountvapers. its the same length as my kgo 1300.

Yeah, after I shot and uploaded the video I noticed it was leaking! Live and learn. (I should do a follow up hints and tips video for this thing.)
