Removing cartomizer with tank full?

I slide the tank up and pour the juice back into a bottle through the top hole. It doesn't get all of it, but enough to put the tank on its side to remove the old carto and insert a new one.

I always fill my tanks from the bottom, I push the carto up so it's about the Oring then I take the bottom cap off fill then replace the bottom cap then slide the carto back down there is no pressure this way you could also do this from the top the opposite way.
