19mm Bottom Coil tank

Hi all. I run an iTaste VTR (old model with rotating connector) switching between an iClear 30s and an iClear 30b. I love the taste and throat hit I get from the 30b but it doesn't fit in the VTR so I have to use the extender, not a fan and it gives some connection issues on bad days. The 30s is a little muted and has too much airflow. I'm getting a SMOKtech airflow controller which may solve all my issues (pushes the 30b up several mm which may allow me to put in with the top cap just above the ring). But I've been 3 months smoke free and saved a lot of cash so I want to spend some of it on a new clearo/tank.

Requirements
1) 19mm fits on vtr
2) 3ml minimum
3) Good throat hit with PG
4) Doesn't leak badly with PG on warm days.

I don't care how it looks, I'd prefer if the coils lasted a while and were reasonably priced. I do not want to build my own coils. I currently vape on 2.1ohm coils but I've never tried anything else so I'm open to try it.

In case anyone searching comes back to this thread iClear 30 x.I solved ALL of my problems, the SmokTech Airflow controler makes the 30b infinitely better and now my 30s is gonna go on a shelf with my old CE5s once I run out of coils for it.
