Custom Flavour Pressing

Hi,
After a month I have transferred my 1L coffee/pg infusion into a cloth bag to filter it. It's currently working through gravity, dripping into a bowl but it's taking forever (image after 3 hours). Would a juice press be a better idea? I had a look at some online (manual lever types) but they all seem to have conical/oval shaped fitments for apples, oranges etc, not the flat vice type. I'm really looking to extract as much juice from the bag as possible, leaving the driest contents possible.

Any suggestions?

French press it is, hope the thing doesn't break!
Ps: just made a 10ml of coffee juice to test, tastes great, smoky and intense.

@sparkky1 Problem. Can't buy this as I'm in the UK, shame as the link you provided for the Sterling pro had great reviews. Will have to find another one.

No you are doing fine. Slow drip extracts out the best flavors, although with your current setup you will oxidize your coffee flavour strength.

An aeropress should work really well for this application. (You'd probably have to run it through in a couple of batches...)

The french presses I've seen still leave coffee "dust" in the liquid, which the aeropress removes.
