Drop nic level when sub ohming?

I was told I needed lower nicotine in my juice when sub ohming. Is that really an issue?

if you are using the .5ohm coil (and were previously using atomizers with coils above 1.0 ohm) you will likely want to drop nic level - it packs more of a punch sub ohming... i went from 12mg to 6mg

You can drop it by approx 50% or vape less often. It's less expensive to vape less often (using higher nic) but hardly anyone does this.

If it gets to be too expensive many people move into DIYing their own juice.

Everyone I know cut their nic in half when they got their subtanks. All in preference though, if you like the throat hit go with it.

There is a big difference, I cut mine in half, am now at 6 and thinking about dropping to 3.

When you double the watts you find you need to half the nicotine strength.

When I went sub ohm I wanted to up my nic from 6 to 12 because it wasn't doing anything for me. They said not to since I was sub ohm'ing it would amplify it or something. I never noticed a difference so I got some 12nic and am doing fine now.

I have had the same experience! I think its more important to make sure your getting all the nic you need.
