ekowool with cotton core? quad coil builds worth it?

I ordered some ekowool and I'm waiting for it to come in so I'm using cotton as my wick and since ekowool is hollow, can I make a ekowool wick with a cotton core? Or would it burn?

Also I'm thinking about trying a quad coil build and I'm not sure what the difference between dual and quad.

Here you go, buy some Twik - it is excellent. Would recommend it to anyone. Better off getting it already made instead of fooling around trying to put it inside.

I dont use dual or quad coils. Just 28 or 30 gauge wire for me. Been meaning to do some micro coils, haven gotten around to it yet.

Can't really help you with the Ekowool question, as I strictly use cotton as a wick.

Honestly, quad coil is just overkill. Dual coil is more than enough. I hope you're using a quality battery.

I haven't used cotton in a while and sometimes I use it to the point where it burns and its annoying to keep replacing the coils can you give me some tips on how you wick your cotton?

You don't need to replace the coils if you burn your wick, just thread new cotton through your old coil.

I just never run it dry. I can tell by taste when it needs more juice.
