Good online sites to buy e-cig products

I am living in an Asian country and i find it extremely difficult to buy quality e-juices and e-cigs products online as many sellers either don't ship it to my country or do not accept paypal.

I am looking for a good seller who accept paypal, ship via USPS and trustworthy .

There are some ebay sellers and their shipping prices are way too much and I am kind of hesitating to go ahead as the shipping price is much higher than the product itself. In Sir Lanka there are places to buy all these stuffs except nicotine to DIY e-juice but I am worried about the quality as none of those are in USP grade.

basically i am looking forward to buy all the ingredients (PG,VG, Nicotine and essence) from a one seller so there wont be unbearable shipping prices.

If you have positive experience with any e-cig sellers as an "international customer" pls provide me URLs of their sites if that does not violate any forum rules.

Halo and V2 seems to have reasonable shipping prices and both of them ship via USPS. I made my order with halo and stopped all the DIY e-juice stuffs for the time being.
