I need help with my Vision Spinner?

I had just purchased a new Vision Spinner because my old one had quit out on me (wouldn't screw into the charger or screw in my tank). I just bought it yesterday and today it won't stop firing up without me pressing the button. When I try to push the button it doesn't light up like its supposed to and it also doesn't light up when I put it on the charger. Basically its acting as if the button is stuck but it's not. I need some help trying to figure this out and if I should take it back to the store that I bought it from and get them to exchange it for me. Thanks.

Take it back to the store and get them to replace it. If it's only a day old, there's no excuse for it acting like that other than manufacturing defect and the store should replace it without question. And welcome to the forum!
