I read the brief article, emitted a deep sigh and shook my head. I could cry.

Only thing they can possibly tax is the nicotine juice. Course they can tax the NJOYs and those kinds, can't really touch mods and custom built stuff tho. As in you can't put a tobacco tax on a 18650 battery.

All true Ranic, but the approach and reasoning that's being reported so far is just...... sad.

I can drive around with my loaded revolver in my hand here in OR. They're not a nanny state really, just money-hungry because there's no sales tx...haha
