Liberty flights customer service review

Hi everybody; last week i purchased a Fire fly tank kit from Liberty flights and both batteries that came in the kit are dead.
I contacted Ty@liberty flights because i noticed he contacted other forum members that had problems with products they received from Liberty Flights. Well i have sent him 9 emails and he has not once stated he will honor the warranty and replace the product.
I'm sure many of you have had great experiences with liberty flights but this has left me very upset.

Can anybody on here tell me what i should do next.

Just wanted to give you all a update as of today they liberty flights has not responded to my emails regarding the defective product I received from them. I have filled a complaint with the better business bureau.
