Making a Raptor Box...

Sorry if this is an annoyingly newb and/or over asked/posted question -- is my first time in this sub -- but what is involved in making a high-power box?

I'm thinking I need:

• a chip (is this the right one? )
• copper wire
• solder and an iron
• a 510 piece from somewhere
• a battery holder
• some sort of controller and OLED/LCD screen
• some sort of high-amp switch

But I have no idea what exactly. Any help would be awesome.

I'm gathering parts too...now I have to make a decision on the enclosure, wood or aluminum....

Yeah the enclosure is a tough choice i really like the looks of that flip top, it not your run of the mill box, might just have to drop the 16$ for it... Decisions decisions lol

the box in the OP of that thread... is he just using the LCD from the charger? Is there no way to incorporate a higher-end LCD/OLED, like with a dna box?

Yeah they box.
But no the led screen did not come with it its a 1s-6s lcd screen (ebay) i believe, they come in various sizes, but your not going to find one like the dna screen that one requires a special programmed chip just for that device (i would imagine) im no expert though
