I've been DIY'ing for about 6 weeks and this is the first one that really tastes original and GOOD! I call it SambuCoffee because it's like an after-dinner Sambuca and Coffee drink.

2% Horehound LA
The trick is it had to steep 10 days. I kept testing it the first 3 days and it was horrible. I set it aside and picked it up today, 10 days after mixing, and it's fabulous!
