I'm vaping Vaperite Organically Flavored Kona Cream, 26 mg, 50/50 on a Provari at anywhere from 3.8 to 4.5 in an IBTanked with a fresh carto. Great vapor, great flavor. But it won't pop. It hisses and flows through nicely, but it won't give me that first little sizzle that sounds like a drop of hot bacon grease.
Suggestions? For that matter, what makes a juice do that in the first place?
