New to Mods! How many watts/volts are ideal?

Hi.

mod newbie here.

Finally moving up from my Kgo, and got a Vamo.

I am completely clueless on what the ideal Wattage, and Voltage settings should be. I don't want
to ruin the device, burn the juice, or blow myself up like Wylee Coyote.

All help is surely appreciated!!

I would start at the lowest setting and work your way up until you hit the sweet spot.
