Next step from Ecab kit?

Hello,

I have been vaping for 1 year now (joyetech Ecab starter kit). I want to upgrade my setup here soon i have my eyes set on Eleaf iStick 50w kit from fasttech. I was wondering if this is a good option to choose as the next step up? Anyone ever order from fasttech? I really like the prices i see on their site and i know most not all items are clones. Problems with clone devices?

I wouldn't call that the next step up. I'd call that jumping a few rungs up the ladder.

If you want 50w of power and a 2 battery mod that has excellent battery life, then maybe.
Otherwise, the 30w is plenty good enough.

I have 4 of the iStick 50 watts. 2 of them have problems with auto firing. They also get very, very warm when charging. Because of this I don't leave my topper on them when I am not around to monitor them and I don't run the battery down. These most likely came off one of the first batches (back in February) that eLeaf sent out. It took a month for the problems to surface. The other two I have are fine.

Just be aware that when you use the 0.5Ω coil you will most likely need to cut your nic level by 50%. Especially if you are curently using 1.6Ω (and higher) coils.
