I would suggest that the VW iTaste V3 is better than both of those options. Plus it is smaller, if that matters:

I agree with bacc.vap. I recommend variable voltage since uncontrolled batteries drop voltage as it's used. You probably already know that higher battery mAh means longer lasting.

I like the Kanger clearomizers better than Visions. I've never had an Innokin iClear so I can't comment on them.
